I have worked in the finance industry for over 20 years and have done all sorts such as worked in banks, been a London based mortgage broker dealing with high-net-worth clients and have even arranged a few million-pound mortgages in my time.
I relocated from the South East to the North West in 2011 and absolutely love living by the sea. And where else but Morecambe Bay – those views and sunsets are amazing! In my spare time (what little I have!) I love to read, enjoy walking, being creative and drawing, play computer games, and can often be found with a pot of 2ps in Morecambe amusements! It’s my own way of de-stressing after a long week. I have also recently discovered I have a love for jigsaw puzzles and what better way is there to spend a wet miserable weekend indoors completing a jigsaw puzzle!
I have my own property portfolio so this helps me to understand what it means to be a landlord and how difficult and frustrating it can be to obtain Buy to Let mortgages and Limited Company Buy to Let mortgages – been there and bought the T Shirt. Having entered the finance industry in 2017, I’ve gained experience across various sectors before focusing on my role as a Mortgage & Protection consultant. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients nationwide, specializing in assisting those with visas or limited residency time in the UK.
I believe mortgages present wonderful opportunities for individuals to reassess their financial standing. I take pleasure in guiding both new and returning clients through this journey, assisting them in evaluating their choices and striving to set them on a path that maximizes positivity in their financial outlook.
I travel into the office from Lancaster, where I live with my husband and our adorable little dog, Saffy. In my free time, I often enjoy gardening or reading. However, whenever there’s an opportunity, my husband, Saffy, and I embark on adventures in our van conversion. From the tranquil countryside to bustling cityscapes, we immerse ourselves in the diverse landscapes that the UK has to offer. For us, it’s not just about the destinations. It’s also about the journey itself, as we create lasting memories and cherish the freedom of exploration on the open road.

I have been with The Mortgage Partners now for over a year and still could not be happier. I love coming into work spending the day with the team who I now see more as friends, how amazing to be able to come to work with your friends!
As the mortgage administrator my work involves a lot of client-based tasks which I love as I get to talk to the clients, make a connection and help them on their journey.
When I’m not at the office, I’m at home by the sea in Morecambe looking after a toddler and a pre-teen and at the moment planning my upcoming wedding to my fiancé Carl.
I have also restarted my running journey which the wedding has been a great motivation for, if you see me down the prom or in the village please give me a wave.

Sinead Mansell
It’s been a whirlwind since I joined The Mortgages Partners in 2021 and every day is different but that’s what I enjoy. My role has evolved since I started and its more focused on the Protection side of the business which can be really satisfying especially when a client needs to make a claim on their policy. During a very stressful period, knowing I can help reassure our clients and support them through the claim process is a rewarding aspect of my role and just how important it is to have cover in place.
I’ve worked in the financial industry for quite some time, and I especially like working for a small company where my voice is heard, and I feel like we support each other and our customers during a time that can be quite stressful. It makes for a really happy working environment, and I think this comes across to our customers who love to refer friends and family to The Mortgage Partners.
I work part-time in my role as a Protection Administrator and in my spare time I create bold colourful designs as a freelance surface pattern designer. I’m always developing my style and finding new inspiration. If I had my way, I would put a bright pattern on everything.
Living by the sea in Morecambe is perfect for me and my family and now we can enjoy it even more with Maui our energetic cockapoo who loves to run on the beach and I now have company on my long walks in the Lake District.

I am the office mascot and live with Sinead and her family. I am allowed to visit the office when my mum says I can, and I enjoy visiting the office as I get lots of fuss and attention!
My favourite things to do are go for walks on Morecambe beach, and explore along the canal as there are lots of interest smells and things to investigate.
When I am in the office my role is to be cute and adorable and greet clients when they arrive. It’s a role I exceed at 😊
