I got in touch with Hayley as she came recommended as a mortgage advisor, and thankfully her approachable manner put me completely at ease.  She took time to understand my situation, and clearly explained all my options to me in layman’s terms. She gave me advice on next steps and suggested which options would be best for me personally.  There was no pressure at any time and I really feel Hayley had my best interests at heart, rather than those of a corporate entity.
